  1. Promo period is from September 1-30, 2022.
  2. This promo is open only to customers who do not have a Maya account yet, with a Smart or TNT mobile number, who are currently residing in the Philippines, and will transact using Maya. Additionally, only users who create a new account (consumer) using the Maya app will be qualified to participate.
  3. The following are the qualified promo joiners for September 2022:
    1. New users (basic or upgraded) who created an account from September 1-30, 2022 and will buy Smart or TNT load can get 20% cashback on every self-load transaction on Maya.
    2. Maya users with Smart or TNT registered mobile numbers who signed up, upgraded, and bought Smart or TNT load from July 25 – August 31, 2022 can also get 20% cashback on every self-load transaction on Maya (Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-147890 Series of 2022).

    Sample Computation:

    Qualified user purchases P100 load on 1st transaction P20 cashback
    Qualified user purchases P400 load on 2nd transaction P80 cashback
    Qualified user purchases P100 load on 3rd transaction No cashback since user already availed the maximum P100 reward per month.
  4. Additionally, new Maya users who signed up from September 1-20, 2022 and who will upgrade their account by September 20 will qualify for 20% cashback on every self-load transaction on Maya from October 1-30, 2022.
  5. Promo is open to self-loading transactions only for Smart & TNT load. Gifting the load will not qualify for the cashback.
  6. Max cashback of P100 per user per month.
  7. Qualified users will be rewarded through instant credits to their Maya wallet. The necessary transactions must be cleared and posted before the user is credited with the reward.
  8. Unused rewards will expire / clawed back within 30 days upon receipt.
  9. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 60 days from the end of the promo period.
  10. Existing Maya users along with those with merchant accounts and under Maya Business are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya consumer accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if it has already been issued.
  12. This promo is applicable only to unique and valid Maya accounts created using the Maya app and registered under a unique mobile number and mobile device. User will not be eligible to participate in the promo if he/she creates multiple accounts using one mobile device. Moreover, accounts created outside of the Maya app are not eligible for this promo.
  13. Maya users will receive rewards within a maximum of 14 business days after the promo period.
  14. Refunded transactions made through the Maya will not qualify for this promo.
  15. Maya accountholders who are blacklisted due to a violation of a Maya promo, or who has violated or is subsequently found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of Maya are not qualified to participate in this promo.
  16. Those who are suspected of or are found out to be abusing the Maya system or is suspected of committing fraudulent acts to abuse the system are also not qualified to participate in the promo or receive rewards.
  17. If a prize or benefit has already been awarded and the violation or fraudulent activity is discovered after being awarded, Maya shall have the right to clawback the prize or reward given.
  18. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  19. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  20. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
  21. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
